Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to scheduled
arrival date will be given a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations received within the 14 day period will forfeit
the entire deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy.
There are no discounts for early departures. Specific units
cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change by the rental
agency. Daily maid service is not included in the rental,
but is available for an additional charge. You may wish
to bring pool towels, as we ask you not to remove the towels
from the unit. FINAL balance will be applied to your credit
card 14 days prior to your arrival. There will also be a
$250 security deposit applied upon arrival. Pets are not
allowed. If you have any questions feel free to call us;
